Louisiana Crawfish Company

We have always used Cajun grocer and this was our first year using Louisiana crawfish company. Not only were they cheaper, but they had better crawfish. They came on time with absolutely no issues. We loved everything about this company. Highly recommended.

GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS..... WE ORDERED FROM U GUYS ON A TUES AND WE GOT HOOKED UP ON THURS, LIKE I REQUESTED. A BAG FULL OF MONSTERS ARRIVED, WE WASHED EM DOWN AND POPPED EM IN THE FRIDGE, UNTILL THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM. WE WASHED EM AGAIN AND ONLY FOUND 5 IN BAD SHAPE. OUT OF A 20 LB BAG. NICE!!!!! WE HAD THE BEST TIME COOKING AND EATING THESE MUDBUGS. THEY WERE HUGE. YOU GUYS AND GIRLS DID A GREAT JOB. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST....SEASONING WAS PERFECT. CANT WAIT TO ORDER AGAIN.

Ordered 50 lb. live crawfish last July, sorry so late in sending this thanks. The order arrived just as promised. There were no more than ten dead crawfish out of whole 50 lbs. Everything was great, thanks for the effort and integrity that you handle your business with. Not many things come just as promised these days.

I just wanted to thank you all for another great job on my order this past weekend. For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. Hello everyone at Louisiana Crawfish :-)(special thanks to Cori who helped me with tons of questions and preparing my order) I wanted to let you know our delivery is in hand it arrived a few hours ago and all is absolutely wonderful ....I can't wait for my husband to get home from work for his birthday present - what a wonderful memory filled meal we will have tonight, We lived in Moss Bluff outside Lake Charles for 10 years and have not had Crawfish since coming to Nova Scotia in 1999 - this is going to be a fun evening to reminise and enjoy some wonderful food! I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Hello LA Crawfish ! I have been ordering from you for many years, anything from 10 pounds to 100 .. always very satisfied. I hosted a crawfish boil last Saturday night, the bugs came in as scheduled Friday morning, I pulled them out and washed them down, put the sack back in the cleaned cooler with fresh ice packs. I did this again in the evening then on Saturday. I was surprised how clean they were, no mud ! I washed them down once more before the boil .. They survived perfect, very little if any dead, these were very feisty bugs and enjoyed by all. This morning I went out to start cleaning (Monday) and there was a single bug left in the sack, I thought for sure it would be dead .. but no, this little guy was very much alive after about 30 hours in the air … I love this new purged / washed product, what a great enhancement ! Thank you !

Sorry it has taken me over a week to follow up. But I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my order a few weeks ago. UPS somehow split my shipment up and only half came the day they were supposed to. Ya'll were on top of the issue the whole time and kept me updated. Once you knew that I'd receive the remainder of my order in time for our boil you also sent and extra thirty pounds to cover any loss due to the delay in shipping. So, thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of it. In fact, you did such a good job packing them that there really wasn't much loss at all. Out of 120 lbs I only culled out about 6-7 lbs of dead ones before boiling. Not bad for mid June! The overall sized and quality of the bugs was great to boot. Anyway. Thank you for great crawfish and outstanding customer service, as usual. This is why I always order from LA Crawfish Company.

I just want to thank everyone at Louisiana Crawfish Co for making the crawfish boil in the Northwoods of Wisconsin an amazing success!! My order arrived alive & kicking, lol! Had to keep some of my good hearted friends from freeing dinner into the lake! Best tasting, juicy, fat tails I've had in years! This will definitely be a regular event for us every year from now on! Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. I ordered 40 lbs. of crawfish for my daughter's 27th birthday party on Saturday. I just wanted to let you know that they were amazing! We visited New Orleans three times last year - two French Quarter fests, two weddings and one 60th birthday. We love it and sitting at the table in our back yard on Saturday feasting on those crawfish listening to my 12+ hour long NOLA playlist on the iPod was incredible. We'll be back for more but may have to go 60 lbs. next time! Thank you!

In 2008 we held a party for my Mother for her 80th birthday. We gathered the family together in Texas, on the Bolivar Penninsula. We had a Crawfish Boil for about 50 folks to mark the occasion. This year, for her 85th we could not get the majority of the family to Texas, so we held the party in Las Vegas where she lives. I still wanted to have a boil so I looked online and found you folks. I was very impressed with with your website and your follow up call after I ordered. I was most impressed with the confidence that was conveyed to me that the Crawfish would show up in Vegas, alive and on time. And you lived up to all my expectations. The All natural Crawfish were awesome. They arrived early and were not only alive, but very lively. And delicious. They really made the party and brought the Gulf coast to a backyard in Las Vegas. My family and I wanted to take the time to write and thank you profoundly for being distributors of the Alpine Turducken! We ordered a turducken last year, but not from you and not this brand. This Alpine was FAR superior, and for the same price. Your delivery and tracking was great. I was also impressed with the inclusion of the parchment and 2 kinds of foil. Initially I was concerned about tying my oven up for 10 hours, but figured out how to work around it, and WAS IT EVER WORTH IT! Thank you for shipping to Minnesota! Turduckens are starting to show up locally here now, but we don't quite trust they will have the authentic southern flavors. We will be back! Just wanted to say what an awesome surprise this ended up being for my husbands birthday! He ate lbs himself!!! Everything was awesome! The mudbugs were huge, the gator bites were as well. Hey everybody, I just wanted to say thank you for the great crawfish. They were delivered on time, they were live and good size, and they tasted great. ( notice, I said were because I ate them all! ) Thanks again from upstate New York !!!

I recieved my shipment as planned on Saturday of 25 lbs of "bait sized" crawdads. I live in a rural community and had told my neighbors of the impending shippment. When the Fed Ex truck showed up all of my neighbors were standing around the front porch befor the poor guy could even get his tablet signed! The next 2 hours and all that took place will be forever engrained in my mind for the rest of my life! My oldest son and wife are both in the Army and have been deployed numerous times. Having them with us for Easter was going to be a special treat initself as their two children love our farm and live to fish our pond. When we opened the cooler it was kind of anti climactic...until we emptied the bag into a horse trough we had placed by the pond...then all heck broke loose! grown men, women , children and the family dogs all went into a frenzy! The next two or three hours was spent laughing, laughing so hard some of us cried and laughing some more as we hand placed our new "bugs" into the specially designed brick houses we had made in the pond to give the little buggers a fighting chance against the 9lb bass that lives with his 2 eight lb sisters in our pond. From our grandchildren who are 7 and 8 and the neighbors granson who is 3 to a retired Navy seal, every one was laughing and jumping around pulling crawdads out of the horse trough. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard! This is going to have to become an Easter tradition at our farm no matter how unorthidox! I understand that my new residents won't winter up her, but that's O.K. "cause it gives me a reason to order more next spring! I am sure this is not your "normal" Great job letter but I couldn't not let you know the joy and happiness that your business and crawdads brought to our home! We had our crawfish boil last night, and it was awesome! The crawfish were the largest I had ever seen, and all of them looked to be in good working order. The spices were right on, and your directions were very useful and easy to follow. We introduced our entire party to crawfish at our boil last night, and all of them kept right on eating, some even 'sucked the head'. My wife and I lived in Leesville, LA for 3 years where we developed a taste for crawfish, we left in 1997, so it had been 11 years since I had eaten any, so this was a real treat. You can count on me being a repeat customer for many years to come. Thanks much.

Thanks so much for making our 1st annual crawfish boil a tremendous success. FedEx delivered them exactly as planned in perfect condition. The large size of the crawfish was only exceeded by the great taste. We'll be back for more soon.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.
